Payment Due Before Services
All fees for services provided by Now Advertising Media (“the Company”) are due in full prior to the commencement of any work or delivery of services. No services will begin until payment has been received and cleared.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payment may be made via [list accepted methods: e.g., credit card, ACH transfer, PayPal, check]. The Client is responsible for any transaction fees associated with the chosen payment method.
Invoices
Upon agreement of services, the Company will issue an invoice detailing the total amount due, payment instructions, and due date. Payment must be received before the invoice due date, which is upon issuance.
Late or Non-Payment
If payment is not received prior to the scheduled commencement of services, the Company reserves the right to delay or cancel services until payment is received. In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, the Client may forfeit any deposits or prepayments.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments received are non-refundable once services have commenced or materials have been produced specifically for the Client.
Additional Costs
Any additional services requested by the Client beyond the original agreement will require a separate invoice and must also be paid in full prior to the commencement of those services.
Acceptance of Terms
